How can we design dense affordable housing that leaves the site with more space for leisure than before? This project was a design intended to answer that question by utilizing roof space as an urban garden. Care was taken in this radical design to make sure every unit received cross-ventilation, southern light, and had enough privacy, all while promoting a social community.
