Instructor: John McMorrough
Class: ARCH 660 - Thesis Seminar
Term: Fall 2025 (graduate semester 3)
As part of a thesis preparatory seminar studying architecture as a microcosmic reflection of the society which produced it, students were asked to make four models of a case study building, in this case Joseph Paxton’s Crystal Palace. The models were assigned to represent four categories of microcosms: scale, diagram, replica, and analogy (using found objects).
